History: Le Allen-specific Wiki~
AU History: N/A
Personality:
Allen Walker’s life started out rough and with tragedy. Allen started his life as a complete outcast. He was orphaned due to his left arm being completely red and deformed, hence earning him the name ‘Red’. Little was it known at the time that this red arm was the catalyst for his Innocence. Red worked hard labor with a traveling circus, and showed great disdain for any and all. He was bitter, calloused, rude, even swore at nearly anyone who so much as looked at him. It was only after connecting with his adoptive father, Mana Walker, that Red began to change. He adopted the name Allen, after Mana’s beloved dead dog, and became much more personable. He becomes much more polite, smiles though the bad, and even laughs. Quite a change~!
But tragedy has a horrible habit of stalking certain people—and Allen was one of them. After Mana passed away, a distraught Allen was approached by the Millennium Earl, who told him it was possible to bring back Mana. Being only a child at the time, he foolishly believed the Earl, calling Mana back as an Akuma—a puppet that, when attached to a soul, becomes a weapon for the Earl to use. Mana, as an Akuma, ruthlessly attacked Allen, leaving him with his cursed left eye, which he can use to see the souls of those attached to Akuma. It was at this time that Allen’s Innocence first activated, all of its own accord, and eradicated Mana from his Akuma body. The event was so traumatic, it turned Allen’s red hair stark white. The experience left him broken, just half a person. The reason I must give this background is to explain why Allen is the way he is. After spending months in this traumatized state, Allen woke up. And completely assimilated Mana Walker's personality. His mannerisms, gestures, posture, even politeness became Mana's. So several years pass.
Something unique to Allen is that he almost has a certain level of respect and love for Akuma, very unique to an Exorcist. He sees them as people too, and really pities them, rather than hates them like most exorcists. He is taught true humanity though his trauma. Allen proclaims that he will save humans with his left hand, and Akuma with his right. This shows his chivalrous behavior, not to mention his respect of life, no matter what it's form. One other thing he took from Mana's death and resurrection is that he would continue walking, no matter what. So. Consider him stubborn. He's not the type to ever just lay down and die.
Allen is said to be a real gentleman, though there are someKanda who claim his smile is fake. All in all he is a generally happy guy. This does lessen over the span of the series thus far. After his master, Marion Cross' death, Allen seems to become a lot more calloused in his thoughts and a little less innocent. Really, this was about the final straw for him with the Church, and was really the thing that pushed him away from it. Though he still lives as an exorcist, it isn’t by choice. So, he's a guy who... really doesn't care much about his upper management. Does do his duty though!
Before, Allen's smile was... faked. According to Kanda, at least. Well, after his Master's death, that begins to change. Allen’s gentlemanly ways are still used, but he no longer uses the insanely polite speech. Several people noted this distinctive change in his speech patterns. As well, he lessens the use of his ‘Mana’ mask, so to speak. Essentially, this means Allen displays his actual emotions show through a lot more. He doesn’t mask everything with a polite smile anymore.
This isn't all the time though! Allen really is a very motivated young man, with a bright smile and almost overly optimistic attitude. He's mostly polite with everyone. Most of the time, you'll be greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. Especially if he's free of the Church. One of the best ways to deflate him, however, is to mention his massive, horrendous, not even legit debt. That's right. His Master's the one who'd accrued it. And poor Allen's stuck with the bill. To give a good idea… While fighting a pair of the Noah, they mention that Cross had left them with a 100 guineas debt (Obviously very sizable, due to their reactions). Allen bows his head a moment before grinning, calling it nothing but chump change in comparison to his current debts.
And he remembers every single one of them.
Allen is a very loyal friend, so once he considers you a friend, you'll remain that way for life man. And let's be honest. It doesn't take a lot to make friends with him. And you don't even have to be a friend in order to earn his protection. And oh, does he take the protection of others very seriously. During a mission with Kanda, an Akuma Kanda and Allen had been fighting destroyed a living doll possessing the Innocence. This sends Allen into a bit of a blind rage, which forced his Innocence into a second level. His level one Innocence evolves into his second level weapon. These chapters show Allen as extremely caring of both humans and non-humans. Though the doll is nothing more than made wood possessed by Innocence, Allen treats her as a human being. He's more than willing to put himself though danger for others. There is one point in another battle where Allen wakes up to his Innocence arm bolted into a wall with rather large screws. To save his friend, he literally rips his arm from the wall, though it caused him a lot of pain and damage to his innocence.
There is a more serious and angry side to Allen as well. When Allen is told that he is the host of a Noah who had disappeared some time ago, and that he will kill someone when he does eventually become Neah (The 14th)... he blows his top. He literally rips through sutras that are supposed to suppress his Innocence from being activated and fights through two or three well trained elite fighters in Order to get back to Cross to make his proclamation—he is his own person, and the love he had for Mana was his own, and not Neah. Allen also is determined that he won’t kill anyone, no matter what. He proclaims that he will always keep the promise he made to Mana, regardless of Neah’s existence. Rage face was totally go.
Allen is best put this way: An overly polite, fake gentleman, who is awesome at cheating, and a gentleman who wants to save everyone with the appetite of a large army.
Abilities: [Recycled from my Gargleblasted App]
✝A skilled fighter with both hand to hand combat and weapons. (swords mainly)
✝ A master at card games. He won’t play unless he must… mostly because he cheats. These skills were perfected during his time with Cross in order to pay back debts.
✝ Has a synchro rate of 100% with his innocence (His anti-akuma weapon), which qualifies him to be a general, though he is not.
✝ He can make gates to places he’s already been using the Musician’s Lyrics. (Well, before he lost the memory of said lyrics to Yubaba)
✝ His Crowned Clown Innocence comes with many perks!
~*~*~-The cape can move and act almost of its own will to protect people.
~*~*~-The Sword of Exorcism, which is full of win. It should only harm things which are evil.
~*~*~-Looks really cool. It’s fuzzy~
~*~*~-Cape can also morph into long strips which he can use to wrap enemies or save friends. Known as the Crowned Belt
✝ Allen’s left eye, normally just able to detect Akuma, evolves and can sense any Akuma within a three hundred meter radius and even force them into their true form.
✝ … Allen loves food in general, and he can eat… a small army’s dinner. And have room for dessert.
✝His ability to open gates/portals is limited to places he’s been before. (Again, lost due to payment)

First Person:
[Hullo there everyone. Iiiit's your friendly neighborhood Exorist-turned-bookkeeper, Allen, here to save the day!]
[By... y'know, keeping track of... profits.]
Exorcism was always more my calling, but I suppose there isn't much use for that here. [Unless someone winds up... possessed he supposed. Really, he couldn't remember exactly what an exorcist really did. Just knew it meant a lot to him, for some odd reason.]
Ah, the worst part is... these numbers pale in comparison to my debts. I'd have to sell like this for 5 years straight to even start to make a dent it. [Sobbb why couldn't he have forgotten those?]
[Ohp, seems like it's back to work again. No slacking off, after all.]
Third Person:
It hadn't been something he'd intended, using one of his infamous gates to travel. But when one is being chased by religious superfreaks bent on arresting you... well, gotta do what must be done! Really, it was what happened after he popped out on the other side and ran a few meters that concerned him. Suddenly... things didn't look so normal...
Things looked... like a... Japanese resort... He'd seen places like this in his travels with his master--oh, lord would Cross rack up bills in these places... Regardless... He should have been transported to... y'know... somewhere else. Not here. Allen slowed his run to a walk, looking around quite curiously. What.. was this place?
As long as it was good for hiding for a while... he didn't mind where ever this was. "Suppose this is a good place to hide out for a while, Timcampy..?" The not so small anymore golem peeked out from behind Allen's head, letting out some strange growl of a reply. "Relax... there aren't any akuma here. I don't even know where this is."
... Which really wasn't a far stretch considering his sense of direction...
"Let's just relax for a while. We'll take off at the first sign of trouble." Whatever Timcampy's grunt of a response was, it would be overpowered by Allen's stomach growl. He lowered his head
letting out a loud sigh. "And... we should get a meal... Might be the last good one we get for a while.."
